Brenda Massie
October 28, 1951 – March 16. 2021
Peacefully, in Toronto, surrounded by her loved ones, our dear Brenda passed away after a short but courageous battle with cancer. She was the daughter of the late Alphonse Moreault and the late Bertha McKiernan of Montreal. Beloved wife of Marcel, loving mother to Jennifer (Rob Purchase) of Toronto, and Kevin (Kaylan Nelson) of London, UK, devoted Nana to Lucy and Nan to Isobel and Wilson. She leaves behind many relatives and friends. All of us who have had the good fortune to know Brenda will sorely miss her, but she will live forever in all our hearts. The family is grateful to the wonderful and caring team at the Princees Margaret Cancer Centre and Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion for Brenda and the family durng these difficult times. As per Brenda’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Her ashes will be laid to rest at Saint John’s Norway Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, for people who wish to do so, donations in memory of Brenda to The Princess Margaret Cancer Research Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.

All of us at Captain Printworks are deeply saddened by her passing. Brenda was here for 15 years and had left an indelible mark on all of us.
