BLACK (BYCE), LINDA JOANNE 1948-2022, Peacefully passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 74, at the Scarborough General Hospital.
Dearest wife of Late Roy Black (2007) of Chapleau and dear mother of Sherri Black of Toronto, Johanna Black of Toronto, Shane Black (Brigitte) of Timmins, and Steven Black of Toronto. Grandmother of Carl Black (Kaden) and Emma Black of Timmins, Jasmine Black, Kyra Black and Logan Black all of Toronto and Great-Grandmother of Eli Black of Timmins.
Also survived by her sisters Claira Vaillancourt, Sheila Demers , as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Henry and Amanda (Kohls) Byce, and by her siblings James Byce, Diane Desbiens, Wyona Byce, Fern (Dee Dee) Byce, John Byce, Henry Byce, Jack Byce and Cheryl Shchepanek.
She will be greatly missed by many other relatives and friends. Memories of her will last in our hearts forever.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to ABC Funeral. Cremation has taken place. Remembrance donations to The Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
