Patrick Michael Fagan
It is with great sadness that the family of Patrick Michael Fagan announce his passing at the age of 67.
He will be greatly missed by his two daughters Sarah (Daniel) Simonetti and Valerie Fagan and his granddaughters Sophia and Isabelle.
He will forever be fondly remembered by his former wife Franca DeCaria-Fagan.
The family will be holding a private celebration of life for him in his beloved Algonquin Park.
